The campaign provides platform to people from all walks of life, in particular, women, acid attack survivors, people with disabilities and the LGBTQIA+ community, to come forth, share their experiences, seek emotional support and find economic opportunities for themselves. Usage of Pronouns

The Lalit introduced usage of pronouns in all its communications. Using pronouns is a key element of being an LGBT+ ally. The practice started to allow people to choose for themselves how they would like to get referred as and at the same time expressing their respect for other gender identities by not assuming.
