Pure Love

Pure Love Campaign

At The LaLiT, we are committed to fostering a workplace environment that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusivity. We firmly believe that everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression, deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued within our organization. To affirm this commitment, The LaLiT, under the guidance of Mr. Keshav Suri, started the #PureLove campaign in an effort to create a welcoming and safe environment for people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that they feel respected and valued when staying or working at The Lalit properties.

With unwavering commitment, the group has been reshaping societal norms, actively contributing to fostering a diverse and inclusive society for years. The #PureLove campaign provides a platform to people from all walks of life, in particular, women, acid attack survivors, people with disabilities, and the LGBTQIA+ community, to come forth, share their experiences, seek emotional support, and find economic opportunities for themselves. The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group is committed to the empowerment of women. The group has 40 percent of women representation at the board level while 50 percent at the senior management level.

The group has also signed “The Valuable 500”, putting disability inclusion on our business leadership agenda.

Under our #PureLove campaign, we undertook various initiatives like creating diverse policies for LGBTQIA+ individuals, persons with disabilities, acid attack survivors, and other non-mainstream communities, promoting LGBTQ+ events, sensitizing and training the staff, collaborating with other organizations, etc.

The LaLiT is a safe, gender-agnostic place. We endorse #PureLove and welcome everyone to work without discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, caste, colour, religion, or physical abilities. We respect individual choices and celebrate diversity!

The Valuable 500

The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group has signed “The Valuable 500” commitment to eradicate exclusion of disabled people in business. The Group commits to mainstream people with disability in the workforce.

Usage of Pronouns

The Lalit introduced usage of pronouns in all its communications. Using pronouns is a key element of being an LGBT+ ally. The practice started to allow people to choose for themselves how they would like to get referred as and at the same time expressing their respect for other gender identities by not assuming.

All Inclusive Washrooms

All Inclusive Washroom at The Lalit

All-inclusive washrooms are vital for inclusivity, respecting diversity, reducing discrimination, enhancing safety, and accessibility, and creating welcoming spaces for people from diverse backgrounds. Keeping this in mind, we introduced all-inclusive washrooms across all our properties.
